Please be aware that due to the pandemic there may be significant delays to international shipping due to decreased air freight and customs backlogs.

Processing time
7 working days, unless otherwise stated. (Christmas time could be up to 14 working days).

Usual shipping time
1-3 weeks. But please be aware that given the circumstance globally, shipping times could be significantly delayed.
I’ll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Please contact me if you have any further questions.

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays or costs due to customs.

Returns & exchanges
I accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:   

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
